Returns/Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You do not have to provide a reason for the return and we shall refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been used or damaged
Items that are not in their original packaging
Items that do not have all tags and accessories

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of items that were damaged in transit. If the items have been damaged in transit, we shall pay for the return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not charge a restocking fee.
